Exchange Policy
Policy Duration
- Our policy lasts for 14 days for exchanges only. We do not offer returns on purchases.
- If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Customized products
Exchange Process
- To complete your exchange, we require the order number.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at [email protected] for further instructions.
Return Requests
Return Request Process
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the goods by you.
- Goods must be returned within 1 week of the return authorization.
- Initial purchase shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your purchase included free shipping, the cost we incurred to ship the items to you will be deducted from the refund amount.
Condition of Returned Items
- All items must be in new, sellable condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
- Embroidered items are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $2.00 per item.

Shipping Instructions
- Wait for our confirmation with details before sending your product.
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of an item without tracking.
